Poole Realty Inc. has expanded and added a new location to serve the Branford community. The Branford Poole Realty office opened in July and they are having a grand opening on Aug. 25, 2022 4pm-6pm. 122 Suwannee Ave, Branford, FL 32008. They are looking forward to building new relationships in the community.

She has a passion for the Branford area will take lead of the new office. “We love Branford. Many don’t know what a great place this is to live and do business. It is a great place for exploring and a place of rest and peace in the sunshine state. On top of it, we are the spring capital of the world!” Kellie said. Kellie enjoys sharing the many treasures this area has to offer, including fishing and paddle boarding on the Suwannee River, where she currently has a home.

Kellie is a real estate expert with extensive training in real estate strategies who can sell property, and find what customers are looking for in a home, farm, business, or waterfront getaway in Suwannee and the surrounding counties. Kellie continued, “Poole Realty brings a lot of experience and trust with over 30 years in Florida Real Estate. We really enjoy finding the right property and make sure the process is smooth. In a rural community like this, we have to be versatile and knowledgeable when it comes to real estate,” Kellie said.
