Katy joined Poole Realty in 2014 after 8+ years of working for different builders and real estate companies. She obtained her Broker’s license in 2018 and now acts as a Broker Associate. Katy lives in Live Oak with her husband, Matt, and three children. In her spare time you’ll find her spending time with her extended family, watching FSU football, hanging out at the beach and gardening. “I love bringing buyers into this area, helping locals relocate locally and helping sellers reach their goals! I especially enjoy the marketing aspect of this business and I love using those skills to better assist sellers during the listing process. My husband and I have moved around to different cities and we found ourselves wanting to come back home. We love this area and we’re so thankful to be raising our family here.”
